About the Run to Home Base
The Run to Home Base is our most critical, annual fundraiser providing vital funds for the clinical care and support for our Veterans and their Families who are impacted by the invisible wounds of war. Military suicides have increased 20% since the onset of the pandemic, with nearly 20 Veterans losing their lives to suicide each day.
Like many people and organizations over the past two years, Home Base suffered financially, and we need your help now more than ever. Our revenue goal for this year’s event is $2.5 million. Your support will help ensure we can continue to deliver our care nationally, to include Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) programs for our Special Operations Community, our intensive clinical program for families who have lost their loved one due to service or suicide, and our regional outpatient care, which now serves even more Massachusetts Veterans and their families via Telehealth. Thanks to our generous sponsors this year, 100% of every dollar raised will go directly towards the life-saving care provided by Home Base.
Home Base’s services are needed now more than ever.
Whether you run, support a team, or make a gift, you help Home Base provide Veterans, Service Members, and their families with access to life-changing, lifesaving care at no cost.
