Bib Pick-Up & Parking

2023 Bib Pick-Up:

There will be two opportunities for in-person participants to pick up their race packets (t-shirt, hat and bib):

Friday, July 21st  – 8:30am – 5:30pm

    • Location: New Balance Flagship Store | 140 Guest Street | Boston, MA 02135

    • An email will be sent to all in-person participants on Thursday, July 20th with a QR code. Please have your QR code ready when you pull in to pick up your race packet.

    • If you are sending someone to pick up your packet, whether that be a co-worker, family member or friend, please send that person an email giving them permission to receive your race packet. We will ask to see the email confirming. 

    • If you would like to purchase a parking pass, we will be selling them on a first-come, first-served basis for $20 cash. NO PARKING PASSES WILL BE SOLD DAY-OF AT FENWAY.

    • **If you are a Team Captain and are picking up multiple race packets, please let us know ahead of time so that we have time to pre-package your Team’s bags! Please send an email to support@runtohomebase.org to coordinate a pick-up time.
  • Saturday, July 22nd – 5:30am – 7:00am

    • Location: Gate C entrance on Lansdowne Street, which is where all participants must enter and go through security

    • We strongly encourage participants to pick up their race packets on Friday, July 22nd at New Balance to avoid any delays the morning of the race.

  • Virtual participants will be mailed their race packets the week of July 17th.
    • Only virtual participants who raised the minimum fundraising requirement by 11:59pm EST on Sunday, July 9th will be mailed their race packets. 

Parking:

Parking passes will be $20 – CASH ONLY. Parking will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis at bib pick-up on Friday, July 22nd from 8:30 am-5:30 pm. 

NO PARKING PASSES WILL BE SOLD DAY-OF AT FENWAY.
